Do you have a hobby? Whether it be gardening, sewing, crafts, collecting, photography; the list is endless— have you considered turning your hobby into cash? If you are thinking of starting a new business or want to extend into a new area, then a market stall could be right up your street.
You have probably seen lots of adverts about starting your own business and you might be hesitant about taking the first steps but we have an excellent opportunity that you just cannot miss out – rent a stall in a Town Centre location from as little as £50 per stall per week with no service charges for the first 6 months. You are not bound by any long-term rental contract because we would like to make it easy for someone who is brave enough to taste the freedom of being their own boss. If you decide to terminate your stall/s, all you need to do is to give us 28 days’ notice in writing. We are here to help you grow your business and we are the only landlord that helps in advertising.
We hold regular events and always look for new projects. The most recent project we take part in involves Woolenwick School and The Valley School. Young generation is the future of markets, therefore we focus on our target audience by narrowing our advertising strategy.
There are many businesses that started by renting a market stall at Stevenage Indoor Market and are now renting shops in town centre, however many successful and established businesses have stayed with us for years: the Stevenage Spares Centre, The Wool Stall, Fruit Fayre, Buttons and Bows, both hairdressers and many more.
Who are we looking for at the moment?
We have stalls ready for a new beauty salon with private room for treatments like facial treatments, waxing, threading, spray tanning etc. but we are also looking for a new shoes vendor, photographer and other speciality stalls.
